1_ PRENATAL YOGA is trés necessary. In the beginning of pregnancy I found prenatal yoga too slow as I was still agile enough for more challenging exercise. In 3rd trimester a slow moving class which stretches out all these aches and pains is a relief and still a great workout. It's also amazing to be surrounded by a class full of woman with growing bellies. I go to Bend & Bloom 


2_ SHORT FUR JACKET (real or faux) is so sexy in the fall before it gets too cold. When feeling big and pregnant sexy is very good.



3_ THE GOLDBERGS rock my world. It's in it's second season and I hope it never goes away. What is better than reminiscing about break dancing, mixed tapes and tacky sweaters. ABC on Wednesday or on Hulu 



4_ RED KURI PUMPKINS are the new in squash - well according to my taste buds. Butternut squash has had it's day. It's time to experiment with new squash and pumpkins. This one has essence of chestnuts !!! 



5_ ARGON OIL is my new moisturizer. It's simple and free of chemicals so I can feel comfortable using it during pregnancy. I started with this bottle from Josie Maran, but I also like the drug store Aura Cacia brand. It's wonderful for winter and is surprisingly not too heavy for summer.
