Fashion Note: Sailing Style, Part II

Sailing Style: SCARVES, SPERRYS & SUN SCREEN

One weekend this summer, in my quest to master sailing,
I took to the high seas of Westport, Connecticut.
(ha- no high seas - the wind that day was about 6 knots)

The boat was small and the sea was calm - I was The Skipper.

This is the day I became... Lady J

The scarf, even tho it looks fabulous actually serves a very important purpose. It keeps stray hairs from flapping around in your face. Imagine riding in a convertible car. Hair in the face is not fun and quite annoying after some time. When you are in charge of steering the boat, hair in your face is not a good look.
A white bikini under a loose cotton white shirt is not a bad idea either. Sometimes it may compel your crew to give you a bit of sugar.
